Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs)

As with any technical system, it is important that your system receives proper preventive maintenance to assure its continued reliability and to avoid unnecessary repair costs.

While G&R Controls extends a one-year warranty free of charge upon completion of your project, a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) outlines the recommended services that we would perform, as well as the continued support for your staff that we feel is critical to get the most benefit out of the system.

While our Siemens DDC systems are very reliable, they will continue to perform at their best if they receive the proper preventive maintenance and software upgrades.
